Poetry
Your starry skies (poem and lyrics)
The starry blues of violet gaze,
It stole my heart from warmer days.
But when I woke from slumber night,
The days, they broke my lumber, slight.
Within the bolder breathing gold
Of nightly bright in darkened cold,
I knew I turned the corner’s wins
Hereto I loved my lady’s sins.
She killed our dog and broke my back,
She burned our house and crashed the bike,
For all the things I thought I’d lack
I tried to get her help and psych.
For all the things she did ignore
My errant love, I did abhor.
For all the horrid things she did,
My love for her, I couldn’t rid.
