Summer

Summer

My friends and I, we’d go to shop

A good old time, we’d take, to stop!

For, on your hair, you’d place, a mop,

We’d dance with brooms, and wouldn’t stop!

We’d sip the slimy Slurpy, peak,

Right down our throats, and soon we’d speak.

Our brains would chill, but we won’t care.

A moment, freak, and then we flare!

My friends and I, we’d have some fun.

In Sunglass Hut, we’d feign to sun,

And then we’d eat the food court slop!

We’d share the cookie, pizza, pop,

And Asian, hot dogs, chicken, wait!

More churros, sweets, a tummy spate!

We know what’s next, some gaming fun.

A highest score, and, yes! You’ve won!

My friends and I, we love to shop

There’s so much there that we can do.

There’s Gap, the Loft, and then J Crew!

And If we make some skating stops,

Well, then we’d go to skater shops.

I’d make some friends, and meet a hun,

I’d get a kiss, well, you’re the one!

We hold the pups in pet shop stores

But soon, it’s late. They’ll shut the doors

And as the sun begins to set,

I think of all the joy we’d spun.

Tomorrow will be great, I bet,

But I will dream of all the fun!
